Crown, Stem & Pusher Repair
Repair or replacement of worn winding crowns, stems, and chronograph pushers, restoring smooth winding and setting. Ideal when the watch resists adjustment or feels loose at the crown. Most cases are completed within one week.

Bracelet & Strap Fitting

Common Questions
A few things people often ask before dropping off a watch.
How long does a full overhaul take?
Most full overhauls are completed within two to three weeks. Complicated movements or those requiring sourced parts may take a little longer. We will let you know at the time of assessment if the timeline differs.
Do you work on both mechanical and quartz watches?
Yes. We service manual-wind, automatic, and quartz movements. If you are unsure which category your watch falls into, bring it along and we can help identify it.
What does the full overhaul price cover?
The ฿12,200 overhaul price covers full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning of all components, replacement of standard worn parts (gaskets, oils, minor worn jewels where applicable), regulated timing across positions, and the written timing record. Parts that require special sourcing are discussed separately before any work proceeds.
Can I drop in without an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome for bracelet and strap work, which is often done the same visit. For overhauls and crown or stem repairs, calling ahead or sending an enquiry ensures we have time set aside for a proper assessment.
What if additional issues are found during the repair?
We contact you before proceeding with any work beyond what was originally agreed. You decide whether to include additional repairs or collect the watch as-is. There is no obligation to proceed once you have the information.
Do you handle vintage or collector pieces?
Yes. Vintage movements receive the same care as modern ones, with particular attention paid to originality where that matters to you. If you have specific preservation preferences, mention them at the time of drop-off and we will note them on the work order.
