Cogtide ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at cogtidex.pro and provides watch repair and restoration services from our workshop at 209 Nimmanhaemin Road, Su Thep, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand. We are committed to handling personal information with care and in accordance with applicable Thai data protection law, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (for marketing), contractual necessity (for service delivery), and legitimate interest (for operating and improving our workshop and website).
Retention: Service records are held for 5 years from the date of repair. Contact enquiries not resulting in a service are held for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
